Michelle Williamson

Michelle is the owner of Trace Athletics. She is certified by National Academy of Sports Medicine and SAIL (Stay Active and Independent for Life).  She has many certifications with specializations in women and senior fitness.   

Michelle is committed to providing her clients with the fundamentals of cardiovascular health, strength training and functional training.  She helps build strength, improve mobility, prevent injury or overcome an injury. 

Sarah is a passionate certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor who uses a combination of weight training and metabolic conditioning. She has been a part of the fitness industry for eight years. Sarah enjoys a healthy diet, weightlifting and encouraging others to be the best version of themselves.
